The Gault & Milliau guide Belux exists since about ten years in Belgium. Their inspectors are visiting the restaurants, anonimously each year. They enter, have a meal , pay the note and leave as any other customer. After ten years the guide has built an image of credibility and seriousness that justifies its status of undisputed leader not only in the bookstores, but in the general press as well, professional included .
Besides Gault&Millau is partner to numerous initiatives to promote the hotel business gastronomy and the quality of the daily products in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
